Pallet shipping
As soon as the shopping cart contains at least one pallet item, only pallet shipping is offered. Shipping costs depend on the delivery area and the sum of the pallet factors for all pallet items, including the ordered quantities.
For higher total factors, the rates are added together. For example, a pallet factor of 1.5 is calculated as the rate for 1.0 plus the rate for 0.5. Free shipping does not apply to pallet items. Any applicable customs charges are already included in the rates.
