Product Description

The THERMASGARD® ALTF1 Surface Contact Sensor is an electrical contact thermometer that ensures accurate temperature measurements of solid surfaces. With a contact area that interfaces directly with the surface being measured, this sensor is ideal for various applications like monitoring pipe temperatures to determine the temperature of the fluid flowing within.

The ALTF1 features a Pt100 sensor with a passive output, housed in a stainless steel protective tube with an axial sensor tube for temperature detection on pipes, tubes (e.g., cold and hot water), or heating systems for precise temperature control.
