The S+S Sleeve sensor functions both as a channel sensor and transforms into a dip and screw sensor by fitting it into a immersion sleeve. The sleeve length ranges from 30 to 400mm upon request, with the standard length being 50mm or 200mm. The sensor cable is customizable, with the default length at 1.5 meters. Depending on your application, choose from silicone, fiberglass, or PVC cables, and opt for either a two-wire or four-wire connection.

Technical Specifications

Equipped with a PT1000 sensor, the device covers a temperature range of -35 to +105 degrees Celsius, suitable for various liquid and gaseous media monitoring applications. The sensor cable is made of PVC, LiYY, with 2 x 0.25mm² dimensions. The probe features a stainless steel shield with a protection class of IP65 as per EN 60 529 standards.

Installation Details

The installation involves using immersion sleeves from the Tauchhülsen THE series or mounting flange made of plastic (optionally galvanized steel). The sensor protection is made of stainless steel 1.4571, V 4A, with a diameter of 6mm and a standard length of 50mm, with optional lengths from 30 to 400mm. Moreover, the cable entry is preformed for ease of use.
