Designed to be mounted on cooling water pipes or cool surfaces, this cutting-edge device, known as the HYGRASREG® TW, accurately detects condensation using its humidity and temperature sensor. With its patented measurement method, prodynamic transverse convection, this device delivers precise results, optionally with or without a display.

Enhanced Monitoring Capabilities

The Dew Point Control Switch is engineered to detect condensation levels in a wide range, from 0 to 100% relative humidity for TW-U model, and with an adjustable threshold of 75 to 100% for TW-W model. This feature enables proactive operation of cooling systems, preventing condensation by activating the switching output of the device to engage heating or other components.

Advanced Sensor Technology

Equipped with a digital humidity sensor coupled with an integrated temperature sensor, the device boasts small hysteresis and high long-term stability. The output signal ranges from 0 -10 V, with a 1 pole changeover switch capable of handling a 24V supply and a 1A ohmic load.

Durable Construction

The housing of the Dew Point Control Switch is crafted from UV-resistant polyamide material, reinforced with 30% glass spheres. The housing is designed for easy installation with quick-release screws and is weatherproof with an IP 65 protection rating, ensuring reliability even in challenging environments.

Convenient Installation

Installation options include direct mounting on pipes or flat surfaces using a clamping band or an external sensor head with a 2-meter cable length for positioning on pipes. The device comes with a process connection kit and meets the stringent quality standards with TÜV SÜD certification.
